Shipping policy

1. Overview
This policy covers shipping timelines, methods, and costs for orders placed through clearmindstate.com. All orders ship within the continental United States.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Orders are processed and leave our fulfillment partners within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery is typically completed within 5–8 business days after shipment. Most customers receive their orders within 6–10 business days of placing their order.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
3. Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on most orders within the continental United States. Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
4. Geographic Coverage
We currently ship within the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to monitor your shipment through the carrier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, contact us at the information below.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the damage, and a brief description. We will coordinate a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund per our Return and Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 7 days so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
